Using ALL ESG

ALL ESG provides football gaming coverage, league information, player profiles, community builds and tools for approved league participants and the crew. These terms explain how to use those services and what permission you give when you submit work. “We” and “us” mean the ALL ESG team operating this site.

When creating an account or submitting content, review these terms and the notices shown for that feature. The privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

Accounts, age and access

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live to create an account or submit content. If you are not yet a legal adult, you need a parent or guardian’s permission.

Use your own account and accurate identity information for verification. Keep your password and verification codes private. Do not impersonate another player, claim another person’s gamertag, share access to restricted tools or use someone else’s credentials.

A display name or an account alone does not grant a league, team or crew role. Use the access assigned to you for its intended purpose. Roles may be corrected or removed when your assignment changes, you leave a team or the account no longer meets the access requirements.

Your content and the permission to use it

You keep the rights you hold in content you submit. Only upload, link or publish material that you are entitled to use for the selected feature. Get any permissions needed for other people’s footage, images, voices, music or private information.

By submitting work, you give ALL ESG a non-exclusive permission, without a separate royalty, to store, copy, format and review it as needed to run the selected feature. That includes making it available to the authorized team, league or crew audience and using the service providers needed to handle it.

When you choose a public submission or authorize publication, this permission also lets us display the selected work, its description and the indicated credit to the public, or send it to the social destinations you choose. Build Chamber’s submission permission also covers using reviewed evidence to improve the Build Chamber. Film evidence and references are handled as described in the privacy policy’s AI review section and the relevant submission notices.

This permission follows the feature’s visibility and your publishing choices. Adding something to a private team workspace or Studio does not, by itself, authorize public publication of that work.

You can request removal or a change to use through the privacy request form. Permission continues only as needed for the uses you authorized and any permitted retention explained in the privacy policy. Archiving an item does not necessarily delete its files, review history or a post already sent to another platform.

Respect the community and private work

We may review, restrict or remove content or account access to address these rules, a changed role, a rights concern, misuse or a legal requirement. When appropriate, we may ask for clarification or supporting evidence before a decision.

League records, experimental features and AI

Each league’s authorized staff manage its participation rules, roster assignments, approvals and disputes. Follow the applicable league rules when using its tools. A site account does not guarantee a roster position or a particular role.

PlayStamp records become public according to the league’s review and visibility controls. Approved records can still be corrected when evidence changes or an issue is resolved. Report a disputed result through the league’s review process.

Build estimates, research notes and AI suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not guarantees of an in-game result. AI-generated proposals require human review, and a queued or completed reference task does not by itself prove that a provider trained a model or independently verified footage.

Connected services and published media

External video players, identity providers, call services, publishing services and social platforms have their own terms, privacy practices and availability limits. Use their features in accordance with the terms that apply to them. The privacy policy lists the services supporting ALL ESG.

By using YouTube features on ALL ESG, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Before publishing, check the selected account, title, caption and any required platform disclosures. An upload or queued post is not a guarantee of successful publication. Removing an ALL ESG workspace entry does not automatically remove a video from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or someone else’s copy.

Changes, concerns and help

Features and integrations can change or be temporarily unavailable. Keep your own copies of original media and important work. We will update the effective date when these terms change and provide an appropriate notice for material changes affecting accounts or submissions.

Identify the affected page or item when appropriate, and avoid sending passwords, security codes or unnecessary personal information.
